Šesto izdanje HOW / Hotel Operations Weekend / Festivala održava se 15.-17.11. u Fortis Clubu, Falkensteiner Resorta Punta Skala u Petrčanima pored Zadra.

HOW Festival je konferencija koja će okupiti direktore hotela, vođe hotelskih odeljenja i direktore operacija iz cele regije. Glavni cilj konferencije je preneti trendove u hotelskim operacijama, prezentovati primere dobre prakse i osigurati umrežavanje učesnika, a i ove godine u Petrčanima se očekuje više od 500 učesnika.

U prvom delu programa učesnike očekuju diskusije poput : „Shaping the Hospitality Landscape: Exploring Global Trends in Hotel Operations“ i „Driving Success in Hotel Operations: Perspectives from the Top” gde će saznati koji su najnoviji trenovi u hotelskim operacijama, dok ih u drugom delu programa očekuju paralelne panel diskusije posvećene hotelskim odeljenjima, speed networking i zabavni  program: pub quiz i party uz live bend.
